I was not surprised when the charges were dropped, Nor really when the tabloid producers who latched on choose to have the limo stop at the school he once worked at.
I would go so far as to speculate some P.A was ready with a throw away cell to alert the police to his presence had the school staff not noticed him, Not that his standing outside the school violated any law, but it made great copy.

The Democrats seem ever so confident the way out of George Bush's rabbit hole is a few skips down the path.
Really ask any one of them you encounter and they will assure you that come November the nightmare will begin to end. With the rare exception of those who understand the mechanics of redistricting, Oh well who knows Alice emerges every now and then before she crawls back inside.

I came across an old photo from youth, It was taken when Dr Tim and G.Gordon were doing the debate thing, I wonder what Dr Tim would think of today's reality, I mean the original Dr Tim not the burned out spectacle I saw in the boxing ring trading verbal spars with an equally used up nemesis. Would he wish for a way back machine so he could avoid all the consequences he enabled.

He died just when the Internet and web cam technology were becoming functional to average users but I suspect his mind was so ravaged by that time he didn't grasp the gravity of it all.
Someone told me at the time he was broadcasting while the cancer ate away at what was left of his intellect but I never did check, That would have been too sad too observe.

I choose to remember the Dr Tim who could have won a Nobel What thoughts that Man could think and share before they caught up with him.
